I had a lovely stay at the hotel with my family. The location by the beach was beautiful, and the vibrant sea was filled with fish. Our stay was quite mixed. The rooms were clean and spacious, which we appreciated, but the overall service and dining experience left much to be desired. In general, the facilities were decent, but many aspects didn't meet our expectations for a luxury resort. While the pools were nice, the dining options were repetitive and often not very appealing. Overall, it didn't feel like a true five-star experience, in my opinion.

We had a fantastic holiday at the hotel, enjoying the beautiful grounds and multiple pools. The staff, especially Amber and Vikki from the animation team, were wonderful and made our stay memorable. However, accessing the beach with a pram was challenging due to the stairs, and the food could use some improvement. All in all, it was a lovely experience, and we're looking forward to returning!
